What is EventApp?

The EventApp event app guides attendees through the entire event. It works in the browser. You register guests, send invitations and scan their QR codes at the entrance. During the event you share the agenda and materials, and switch on networking, polls and quizzes. Afterwards you open a survey and check the session ratings. You manage all of it from one admin panel.

Registration and QR check-in

You build the sign-up form and the consents yourself, then send invitations and tickets. At the door you scan each QR code with your phone, and the attendance list is waiting in the admin panel.

Agenda, speakers and custom pages

You add talks, workshops and breaks to the agenda, and assign speakers to the talks. Attendees rate a talk once it ends. Anything the agenda doesn't cover goes in the event description, the FAQ and your own pages.

How much does an event app without installation cost?
You pay 3,000 PLN net per event - roughly €700 net - with no subscription and no per-attendee fees. That covers all the modules, app setup, admin panel access, look personalization and technical support. We quote separately only for what the app doesn't do: an event website, integrations and custom-built features.
Does EventApp require installation?
No. It's a no-download event app that attendees open straight in their browser. You give them a link or a QR code, and no app store is involved.
What can be included in an event app without installation?
You switch on all 19 modules in the admin panel: the registration form, QR check-in, agenda, speakers, FAQ, custom pages, downloadable files, photo gallery, partners, directions, hotels, seating, activity sign-ups, live polls, surveys, a quiz with a leaderboard, a Spotify playlist, attendee profiles with chat and the contact form. You fill each one with your own content and switch off the ones you don't need.
Can you build something the app doesn't do?
Yes. Usually that means integrations with external systems, an event website, or a feature built for one specific event. Tell us what you need and we'll see what's possible.
Do I need technical knowledge to use EventApp?
No. You set everything up in the admin panel, with no developer. You upload your logo, pick the colors, switch on the modules you need and add your content.
Does EventApp work on smartphones like a mobile app?
Yes. Attendees add an icon to their phone's home screen and use it just like a native app. It runs full-screen and fits any screen size.
Is EventApp secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The connection is encrypted and we process data in line with GDPR. You write the consent texts yourself, and the system records which version each attendee accepted and when, so you have proof ready to export. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need a separate event website?
Usually not. Registration, invitations and check-in all run in the app, so attendees go the whole way without an extra site. A website helps when you want to reach people who aren't on your list yet: promoting the event publicly, or selling tickets. We build those too.
Is an event app worth it?
You pay one cost instead of printing flyers and paper agendas. Attendees have every material on their phone, you make changes from the admin panel, and after the event you have registration answers, consents with version and date, door entry, session and activity attendance, and table numbers in one file.
Can I organize multiple events under one license?
The price covers one event. If you're planning recurring events or several in parallel, contact us for an individual quote.
Can I try the app for free?
Yes. The demo opens in one click, with no sign-up. You see exactly what an attendee at your event sees.
Can I conduct a survey or vote during the event?
Yes, you run polls and surveys during the event. Attendees answer in the app, and you see the results in the admin panel.
