Registration with check-in
You collect sign-ups through a form and control access to the app. On-site you scan guests' QR codes with your own smartphone, confirm attendance in a second, and watch turnout live.
Map
You share the location through a standard Google map or add your own graphic with directions. Attendees see the exact spot in the app, which lets them plan the trip with ease.
Hotel
You add a list of hotels to make logistics easier for guests traveling in. You show the distance from the venue and include ready-made links, so an attendee books a room in a few seconds.

You share the official materials from the event. You upload photos and videos during the event or right after it wraps up, and attendees have steady access to them in the app.
