EventApp is a browser-based app for event attendees. You pay 3,000 PLN net per event (roughly €700 net), with no subscription or per-attendee fees.

All amounts in the table exclude tax. Calculation: 4,699 PLN per project + 6 PLN per free registration, based on MeetingApplication pricing checked on 23 September 2026. Network includes a participant list and surveys, as well as an event website and ticket sales, which we quote separately in EventApp. Package scopes differ; this calculation does not cover paid registrations.

Pricing questions

Is the 3,000 PLN net a one-time payment?
Yes, it is a one-time net fee per event. No subscriptions, hidden costs, or monthly charges.
What's included in the price?
All standard modules, including: agenda and speakers, event description, FAQ and your own pages, files, a photo and video gallery, and partners, travel map, hotels and table assignments, live polls, surveys, a quiz with a leaderboard, announcements and push notifications, the guest list with chat, and registration with QR check-in. Plus the admin panel, visual customization, the PWA app, language versions and technical support while you set up the app and during the event.
Do I pay 3,000 PLN again for my next event?
No. If you come back to us with another event within a year, you pay 2,500 PLN net for it. We can carry over the look and settings from your previous app, or you can set everything up from scratch in the panel, on your own or with our help. For example, three events within a year come to 3,000 + 2,500 + 2,500 = 8,000 PLN net.
When does EventApp make sense, and when doesn't it?
EventApp suits conferences, training days and company events that need a browser-based app for attendees. The 3,000 PLN net price covers the standard modules. If you need ticket sales, integrations or custom features, tell us what you need. We’ll confirm what we can build and at what price. EventApp is not published in the App Store or Google Play.
When do I pay?
You pay after our call, once we have agreed the scope and you confirm the order. That is when we issue the invoice.
How long does an EventApp rollout take?
The base package can go live within 24 hours of our first conversation, and a simple setup in just a few hours. The timing depends on how much there is to configure and whether you need integrations or sections built for you. We confirm a realistic date once we've talked about your event.
Are there extra costs based on attendee count?
No, there are no attendee limits. The price is fixed regardless of how many people use the app.
Does the 3,000 PLN net cover custom-built features?
No. The price covers the standard modules and the app configuration panel. Integrations with external systems, an event website and custom features are quoted separately. Tell us what you need, and we’ll agree on the scope and price.
What currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in Polish złoty (PLN). The price is 3,000 PLN net per event. Euro amounts shown on this site are approximate conversions for orientation only - the invoiced amount is always in PLN.
How long does the app stay live after the event?
At least 12 months from the end of the event, at no extra cost. During that time attendees can go back to the agenda, gallery and downloads.
