Scalability

No attendee limit, no extra charges

On most platforms you pay per attendee: the bigger the event, the bigger the bill. With us, the price of 3,000 PLN net is fixed, regardless of the number of attendees.

Based on MeetingApplication's public pricing for the Network plan: 4,699 PLN net per project + 6 PLN net per free registered user and 3% of paid registrations (as of 2026-08-18). We compare the Network plan because it is the first tier to include the participant list, forum and surveys, which are standard in EventApp. MeetingApplication's plans also include an event website and ticket sales, which we price separately.

Pricing questions

Is the 3,000 PLN net a one-time payment?
Yes, it is a one-time net fee per event. No subscriptions, hidden costs, or monthly charges.
What's included in the price?
Every module: agenda and speakers, event description, FAQ and your own pages, files, gallery and partners, travel map, hotels and table assignments, live polls, surveys, a quiz with a leaderboard, the guest list with chat, and registration with QR check-in. Plus the admin panel, visual customization, the PWA app, language versions and technical support during the event.
Can I order a package for multiple events?
The base price covers one event. If you run a recurring series, or several events at once, contact us and we'll quote a package for you.
When does EventApp make sense, and when doesn't it?
EventApp suits conferences, training days and company events where you need a working app quickly, with no subscription and no App Store install. Choose something else only if you specifically need a native app in the App Store or Google Play. We build everything else as EventApp extensions: multi-event packages, ticket sales, a reception desk.
How long does an EventApp rollout take?
The base package is usually ready within a few days of our first conversation. The timing depends on how much there is to configure and whether you need integrations or sections built for you. We confirm a realistic date once we've talked about your event.
Are there extra costs based on attendee count?
No, there are no attendee limits. The price is fixed regardless of how many people use the app.
Does the 3,000 PLN net cover custom-built features?
No. That price covers every module and the full app setup. We quote separately for what the app doesn't do: integrations with external systems, an event website, and features built for one specific event. Contact us and we'll quote the implementation.
What currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in Polish złoty (PLN). The price is 3,000 PLN net per event. Euro amounts shown on this site are approximate conversions for orientation only - the invoiced amount is always in PLN.
